Year 7 and 8 Classroom teacher

​​We are looking for a passionate teacher to join our Year 7 and 8 teaching team. This is a great opportunity to work in a small campus, dedicated to intermediate aged children, while also being a part of our larger full primary school. Our school offers a strong professional development programme, supportive staff and an amazing community and environment to work within. Nestled between the bush and the beach, our unique location lends itself to using the local environment to enhance our learning programmes.

We are looking for a kaiako who is energetic, creative, collaborative, innovative and above all other things, loves working with incredible ākonga.

​

Strengths in Literacy and Numeracy are essential. Strong behaviour management  is also desirable. Confidence with ICT, and having a passion for the environment would be beneficial.
